Rank 'Em: NFL coaching changes

 Neyland Stadium
Herm Edwards has a talented team in K.C.
There are 10 NFL teams with new head coaches this season, including seven who are at the helm for the first time. We want to know how SportsNation ranks the new hires.

Will Herman Edwards and Kansas City be the most successful after posting a 10-6 record last season and making an important offseason acquisition in Ty Law? What about Brad Childress and Minnesota? And is there any hope for coaches like Houston's Gary Kubiak, Green Bay's Mike McCarthy and New Orleans' Sean Payton, whose new teams won a combined nine games last season?

Rank the new coaches using the numbers below. Simply drag and drop the numbers onto the photos -- with No. 1 being the coach you think will have the most success with his new team -- and click 'Submit'.

You must rank at least five coaches submit your ballot.
