The Chase for the championship got underway Sunday with Greg Biffle taking the checkered at New Hampshire. Biffle passed Jimmie Johnson with 12 laps to go en route to his first win since Sept. 30, 2007.

Greg Biffle rocketed from ninth to third in the Chase standings with his New Hampshire win and is 30 points behind co-leaders Carl Edwards and Jimmie Johnson. Kyle Busch (right), who started the Chase with an 80-point advantage, fell all the way to eighth.

The Chase seems to bring out the best in Greg Biffle. Biffle now has five career Chase wins, which ranks second all-time.
