Camby leaves game with ankle sprain

Associated Press

SAN ANTONIO -- Los Angeles Clippers center Marcus Camby left Friday night's 111-98 loss to the Spurs after spraining his left ankle early in the first quarter.

Camby went up with Spurs forward Tim Duncan for a rebound, but collapsed under the basket as soon as he landed. He stayed down for more than a minute before being carried back to the locker room. He did not return.

The Clippers were already without Baron Davis, who sat out with a stomach virus.
