MLB Preview

By manny24435 -- Posted March 30
Today, I am going to preview each division and my predictions for the MVPs and Cy Young award winners.
First, is the best division in baseball, the AL East. Last year we had one of the biggest surprises in the history of baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays reaching the World Series. The Yankees loaded up in the offseason and the Red Sox had a quiet but productive winter. Here's a look at my projected standings: ... Check out manny24435's projected standings

March Madness

Final Four Frenzy

By manny24435
Final Four Saturday is just one day away and I have no chance of winning my bracket poll, which allows me to just sit back and be a fan. Don't get me wrong, I would love to take home the money but rooting for the teams that you want to win might just be better. This year, however, none of the teams that I normally root for are in the Final Four (notably Pitt and Kansas). So I have been forced to root for UCONN because I absolutely despise North Carolina and I am not too fond of Michigan State and Villanova either.

Jay Cutler

The Toddler Games

By manny24435 -- Posted April 2
Jay Cutler is still a Denver Bronco after weeks of whining around and acting like a baby. For a while, people thought that the two would end up resolving the situation and getting the Pro Bowl quaterback back on good terms with the Broncos. However, today the Broncos released a statement saying that they would grant Cutler a trade. I, myself, can not wait until this is over with. Both Cutler and the organization are acting like two year olds and it has took away my respect for both sides. Read more of this blog post

The Best Player in Hockey

By manny24435 -- Posted March 31
The topic of who is the best player in hockey has been a hotly debated question for awhile now. Barry Melrose and Matthew Barnaby usually only have a two player discussion between Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby. I watch just about every Penguins game and I have to tell you that Sidney Crosby is not even the best player on his team. When I watch the Capitals play the Pens, I notice that Ovie just stands on the left wing waiting to the snipe the puck at the goal. That's why I think the title of best player in hockey belongs to Crosby's teammate Evgeni Malkin. Who do you think is the best player in hockey?

The Fist Pump is Back in Business again

By manny24435 -- Posted March 31
At the Arnold Palmer Invitational on Sunday, Tiger Woods has officially announced his return with the electrifying fist pump that gets the crowd roaring like a lion. Tiger won his first tournament since he had surgery to repair his torn ACL by beating Sean O'Hair by one shot. Coming into Sunday, O'Hair had a five shot lead over Tiger, but the once insurmountable lead was cut away shortly. Once the young O'Hair caught a glimpse of the determined eyes of Tiger Woods he fell into pieces.
