Sandoval out with tight right calf

Associated Press

DENVER -- San Francisco Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval left Monday's game against Colorado in the third inning because of a tight right calf.

Sandoval hit a sacrifice fly in the first inning and flew out to center to end the top of the third. He was replaced by Juan Uribe to start the bottom of the third.

Sandoval leads the Giants with a .331 average, 19 home runs and 73 RBIs.
