Is Colt McCoy back in the Heisman race?
Texas quarterback Colt McCoy looked good against Missouri on Saturday. He was 26-of-31 for 269 yards and three touchdowns in the 41-7 victory. The competition for the Heisman at this point includes several quarterbacks -- Notre Dame's Jimmy Clausen, Houston's Case Keenum and Florida's Tim Tebow. Alabama running back Mark Ingram also is in the mix.
Texas coach Mack Brown was pleased with McCoy's effort Saturday.
"He's been sick some, had the flu and then a cold. He's been banged up a little bit, and he's been working with some new guys at receiver," Brown said Sunday. "But on
Saturday you could you could see things coming together. We're starting to get our timing down, the chemistry is coming together, and Colt and the offense had a great day."
If you had to vote today, who gets your Heisman vote? Is McCoy still in contention?
