For those that love to cook fish and wild game, submit your favorite recipes and then check back later to see suggestions from fellow visitors.

Include your favorite recommendation to cook fish or game and we'll consider posting it. Here are some contributors' guidelines; be sure to include:

1. Number of servings per recipe.
2. Ingredient quantities. Not necessary to exactly measure every ingredient, but get us close. Tablespoon? Teaspoon? Truckload?
3. Time and temperature. For example, "Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes"; not, "Bake until done."
4. Details, details, details. Should the dish be covered or uncovered? The pan greased or dry? Skin on or off? Remember, you know how to cook it, but others may not.
