Bulls' Johnson able to play vs. Bucks
By Nick Friedell
DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Chicago Bulls forward James Johnson participated in Tuesday morning's shootaround and will be able to play in Tuesday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He has a partially torn fascia.
"JJ's sore," Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro said. "Taj Gibson is sore. Joakim Noah felt good. Luol Deng was a little stiff [Monday], but he's feeling all right today. We'll see what bodies we have by game time."
Johnson missed Saturday night's game against the Bobcats because of the injury. He is averaging four points and two rebounds a game.
The Bulls are chasing the final playoff spot in the East. They start action Tuesday one game behind the Toronto Raptors, who play at the Cleveland Cavaliers.
