Alvaro Invitational goes off in Italy

Now this is something that you don't see everyday: Stylish one handed indy grab in the city limits of a beautiful Italian city.

While your eyes were glued to Red Bull's live webcast of the Red Bull X-Fighters in Moscow, west of Russia, Italy's best FMXer's were putting on a show of their own in the small town of Castion, Italy. Located near Alvaro Dal Farra's hometown of Belluno, Castion was well-visited by a youthful Dal Farra, who day-in and day-out would pull wheelies down the cobblestone streets on his Piaggio Ciao, trying to impress the local girls.

So, when Dal Farra had the idea to put on the third annual Alvaro Invitational, where better host it than in Castion? Seeing as how his life philosophy is "Ride to Party," Dal Farra's goal was to not only give the people of Castion an amazing FMX exhibition consisting of Italy's finest riders, but also deliver a party that would not soon be forgotten.

With the entire Daboot team in place including Massimo Bianconcini, Vanni Oddera, Jader Toninello, Luca Zironi, Carlo Caresana, Maurizio Poggiana, Samuele Dottori, Alberto Prosdocimi and Spanish quad freestyler Hugo Arriazu, the Alvaro Invitational went off without a hitch, proving that Italy is second to none when it comes to promoting the sport of FMX.

As time goes on, it becomes more and more evident that Alvaro Dal Farra is indeed Italy's biggest rock star. Ciao belle!

Custom wrist bands? Leave it to Alvaro.
Ivan Zucconi takes the party well into the night.
DJ Alvaro on the one's and two's. Gotta love this guy.
