South America's Best FMXer

A few weeks ago our good buddy Blake Shipman hit us off with a dope profile piece on 22-year-old Gabriel Villegas of Chile. In the lead up to that piece we mentioned that young Gabriel isn't alone in this FMX thing -- his older brother Javier has been leading the way for nearly a decade, putting Chilean FMX on the map.

While in Southern California for the recent soft launch of AFMXA's proposed training compound, Javier Villegas took some time to sit down with's Cliff Talley to discuss how he got hip to the moto game, coming up in the ranks, moving to the US, and his goal to become the best FMXer in the world. Peep.
