Brown shines in Bobcats win

Gerald Henderson has thrived all week long. But clearly, his most shining moment was on Thursday night when he connected on a game-winning layup at the final buzzer to catapult the Charlotte Bobcats past the Philadelphia 76ers, 77-76, at the 2010 AirTran Airways Pro Summer League.

Charlotte led by as many as 12 in the fourth quarter and 18 in the game before Philadelphia stormed back and took its first advantage when Ndudi Ebi buried a go-ahead jumper with 12.1 seconds left.

Derrick Brown had another monster game for the Bobcats -- finishing with 16 points and eight rebounds. He also accumulated three blocked shots. P.J. Tucker and Henderson each recorded 11 points.

The Bobcats dominated the lane -- outscoring the 76ers by 16 in the paint and also amassed six more blocks.

Jodie Meeks led the 76ers with 17 points and Trent Plaisted and Ebi each scored 14.
