Rookie Watch: Expect refreshed Bryant

After a huge Week 3 win over the Houston Texans, the Dallas Cowboys were off in Week 4 and now prepare to play host to the Tennessee Titans. The bye week should do wide receiver Dez Bryant a lot of good.

It is easy to forget that this guy didn't play football in his final season at Oklahoma State, then missed a very large portion of training camp and the preseason to injury. Like all rookies, he is still learning his craft. In fact, he is quite raw in many aspects of playing the position. But reps in practice and overall experience are going to do wonders for this physical phenom. He has it all.

Bryant already has proved to be very dangerous with the ball in his hands as a returner, and that physical running style also will serve him very well at the wide receiver position. In fact, I expect him to rival teammate Miles Austin in this category as one of the best in the league after the catch.

Everything Bryant does on the field demonstrates strength: his running style, the way he attacks the football and his total approach to the game. But he is also very dynamic.

Just wait until Bryant gets a little more experience under his belt.
