CLEVELAND -- New Jersey Nets starting forward Troy Murphy sat out against the Cleveland Cavaliers because of a sore right foot.

Murphy, injured in Tuesday's home loss to the Cavaliers, was inactive for the game on Wednesday night. He is averaging 5.0 points and 5.8 rebounds in four games. Kris Humphries started in his place and posted 13 points and 18 rebounds in the Nets' 95-87 win.

Swingman Terrence Williams, one of the Nets' top reserves, also missed his second straight game because of an abdominal strain. New Jersey coach Avery Johnson expects Williams, who is averaging 8.7 points in six games, to play Saturday night at home against Orlando.
