Tanner Hall is back on skis, big time, and you can catch a glimpse of it. The first installment of Tanner's new webisode series, the Tanner Hall Collection (THC), dropped Thursday night on Tanner's site InspiredMedia.tv. The edit features Hall slicing up Utah pow and getting lifted off of kickers -- sights some thought we may never seen again from the recently injured Hall. Upcoming episodes will feature Hall's trips to Retallack and Alaska.
Even though T Hall's not on his skis at Winter X this week, he's here in Aspen, in part promoting Inspired. The company is putting out a weekly radio show and a weekly web tv show. Hall will also be doing a live chat tonight during the men's ski pipe finals, from 4:45 to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
And that's not it. Tanner Hall gets mobbed for autographs a lot of places he goes -- including here in Aspen. That's easy to believe. But would you believe this? Fans even line up, pens and memorabilia in hand when the ski legend rolls into Kingston, Jamaica. It's no secret that Tanner's got a love for reggae music. And apparently his involvement with reggae stars like Cali P has spread his fame and notoriety far and wide -- even into an island country that's a voyage on a makeshift raft through shark infested waters away from the nearest skiing.
The best part though? The man himself has installations in the works in Kingston, including a new recording studio. Word is full-length albums are on the way as well.
