Stewart, Hansen take A2

ESPN Action Sports

James Stewart threw down the most convincing performance of the year, as he dominated A2 from start to finish.

Anaheim 2, round five of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross championship, was the Breast Cancer Awareness round of the series. Many of the top racers wore pink in support. In the Supercross class, it was points leader James Stewart who once again proved that he's the "fastest man on the planet," leading from start to finish beating out Ryan Villopoto and Chad Reed on the podium.

In the ever-exciting Lites class, Anaheim 1 winner Josh Hansen put in an inspiring ride, winning the race despite the fact he broke his pinky and suffered a concussion earlier in the day. Rounding out the Lites podium was rookie ripper Eli Tomac in second and German phenom Ken Roczen.

The series now heads east with the next round taking place next week in Houston, Texas.
