Skapegoat Web series to benefit Mike Tag

For the past several years, Animal Bikes and friends have produced a Web video series known as "Skapegoat." To date, the Skapegoat series has produced five Web-only features with riding from various Animal Bikes and Skavenger team riders, plus friends and randomness encountered along the way.

Following the news of FBM legend Mike Tag being diagnosed with cancer, Animal produced a new video in the Skapegoat series dubbed "Skapegoat Negative One." According to Animal, "This is the first of a few projects we will be putting out to help raise money for Mike Tag's medical bills. Mike was literally there when Animal started, there is footage of us riding a blue skatepark in South Carolina in the edit, after the session we went camping and Ralph [Sinisi] decided to start the company. There are a million crazy stories to go along with this footage, and I hope you enjoy a small glimpse into a very exciting few years of traveling. This footage was filmed between 1999 and 2002."

The video, it goes without saying, is very ahead of its time for modern street riding, and it's also now available in a limited run of DVDs from Animal, with all proceeds going to the Mike Tag fund. If you're interested in getting "Skapegoat Negative One" on DVD, or any of the other Skapegoat videos, e-mail Skapegoat256@gmail.com.
