DeMarcus Ware misses practice
By Todd Archer
DeMarcus Ware did not practice Wednesday because of a back injury, but the Dallas Cowboys are not worried about their Pro Bowl outside linebacker missing Sunday's game against St. Louis.
Coach Jason Garrett said Ware was given the day off to let his back calm down after he suffered spasms during Sunday's loss at New England. Ware said he suffered the injury in the third quarter but he played through it.
Ware finished the game with two sacks and three quarterback pressures.
Garrett said Ware will be evaluated day to day but he is expected to practice Thursday. Ware has not missed a game in his career (101 straight) and that streak will not be in jeopardy Sunday.
Fullback Tony Fiammetta (hamstring) returned to practice in a limited fashion after a three-week absence. Kicker David Buehler (groin) safety Barry Church (shoulder) and guard Kyle Kosier (foot) were also limited.
Tony Romo (ribs) took part in a full practice, while Jason Hatcher (calf), Felix Jones (ankle) and Derrick Dockery (knee) did not practice.
