Arian Foster, Johnathan Joseph out

HOUSTON -- Texans running back Arian Foster and cornerback Johnathan Joseph, both selected to the Pro Bowl this week, were inactive for Sunday's regular-season finale against Tennessee.
Tight end Owen Daniels also was inactive for the Texans (10-6), who were locked into the No. 3 seed for the AFC playoffs, regardless of the outcome of their game. The Texans lost 23-22.
Cornerback Sherrick McManis (ankle), guard Mike Brisiel (right ankle) and safety Troy Nolan (ankle) was also inactive.
Ben Tate, who needed 155 yards rushing to reach 1,000 for the season, started for Foster. Tate rushed for 97 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries.
Defensive end Jason Jones (left ankle) and defensive tackle Shaun Smith (knee) were among the inactive players for Tennessee.
