Heat's Dwyane Wade sidelined again

Associated Press

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade will miss his sixth consecutive game with a sprained right ankle, sitting out Wednesday night's matchup against the Detroit Pistons.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra says Wade is still day to day. He missed his eighth game of the season overall Tuesday night against Cleveland.

Detroit forward Tayshaun Prince will miss the game because of a family matter, and guard Ben Gordon is out with a sore left shoulder.

After facing the Pistons, Miami hosts the New York Knicks on Friday night.
