Perhaps you're a Supercross fan without any access to a bike. You want to ride like the pros, but without a bike or a Supercross track, you're stuck in your living room, relegated to watching the Supercross races every Saturday night on a live stream. There are options. Maybe it's not the same thing as racing an actual dirt bike in a Supercross race in front of throngs of screaming fans, but it is cleaner. Introducing the new iPad/iPhone game, "2XL Supercross HD."
|Holeshot the competition in the comfort of your own home.|
WHAT IT IS:
"2XL Supercross HD" is an all-new off road racing experience from the team that brought you such popular hits as "Motocross Madness," "ATV Offroad Fury" and "MX Unleashed." This rhythm-based racing game is easy to pick up and play, but its ever-increasing challenges will keep you in the zone for hours. Featuring Supercross and FMX tracks designed by Motocross champion Stephane Roncada, "2XL Supercross HD" features three modes of play (time trials, practice and racing), four-player Wi-Fi or Bluetooth multi-player options, 125cc, 250cc and 450cc bikes with the ability to choose your bike's appearance, four camera views including first person, responsive tilt steering interface with tunable sensitivities, adjustable level of difficulty, statistics tracking with web-based community and rankings and comprehensive in game help.
|Choose from 125cc, 250cc and 450cc bikes for each race.|
WHY IT RULES:
Because the game continues to improve. "2XL Supercross HD" now features liquid-color graphics, fully interactive 3D physics, surround sound, authentic engine recordings, particle effects, projected shadows and lighting. Not only that. With stunning graphics at iPad and Retina display resolutions, you can now play on an external display using Apple's composite AV cable. And once you're entrenched in the pits and race-ready, you can can create an account on the 2XL Liver server and see how your times rank worldwide against other players. It might not be the same experience Ryan Villopoto or James Stewart encounters each week, but you're also not dealing with load-in, load-out or four months of your life on the road, not to mention thousands and thousands of sponsor dollars, in pursuit of a number one plate.
WHERE TO FIND IT:
"2XL Supercross HD" is available for the iPad and iPhone directly from the iTunes store.
