A woman widely reported as an acquaintance of Ryan Sheckler was arrested March 7 and faces charges of felony grand larceny in connection with the theft of valuable jewelry from the pro skateboarder's Las Vegas hotel room.

Stacy Salazar, shown in a police booking photo, is accused of stealing Ryan Sheckler's jewelry.

Stacy Salazar, 25, is out on bail, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's public information office.

"It's an ongoing investigation," Las Vegas police officer Jay Rivera told ESPN.com, "so we can't comment on the exact dollar value of the stolen jewelry."

On March 16, TMZ reported the estimated $100,000 in jewelry included Sheckler's $12,500 Rolex, a gold-and-diamond bracelet valued at $15,000, a diamond ring worth more than $63,000 and a diamond necklace of unknown value.

The alleged theft occurred during the early morning hours of Feb. 27 in Sheckler's room at the Palms Hotel, in which Salazar is accused of stealing the jewelry after Sheckler had fallen asleep. The 22-year-old Plan B pro and reality TV star reportedly called the police after he woke up and discovered his jewelry missing, according to TMZ.

Through his manager, Steve Astephen at Wasserman Media Group, Sheckler had no comment.

Salazar is scheduled to return to court on July 6.
