Weatherproof games: Orioles-Blue Jays, Brewers-Marlins, Yankees-Rays and Red Sox-Mariners
With the majority of the MLB schedule taking place as matinees on Labor Day, there are a few trouble spots with afternoon thunderstorms. Rain is expected to arrive shortly after Indians-Tigers and Astros-Pirates get underway. Cubs-Nationals could experience a rain delay due to the back end of morning showers, but the game should be able to play out in its entirety before the rain comes back in the late afternoon. This forecast is similar for Phillies-Reds which could get clipped with wet weather before their game concludes.
