Evander Kane of the Winnipeg Jets has signed on with Dinamo Minsk of the KHL for the duration of the NHL lockout, his agent Craig Oster of Newport Sports confirmed to ESPN.com.
Kane, 21, had career highs with 30 goals and 27 assists in 74 games with the Jets last season, his third in the NHL.
He was drafted in 2009 by the Atlanta Thrashers in the first round, fourth overall, two years before their move to Winnipeg.
