Miami suspends WR Rashwan Scott
By Andrea Adelson ESPN.com
Miami Hurricanes starting receiver Rashawn Scott has been suspended indefinitely for violating team rules, the school announced Saturday.
Scott ranks second on the team with 512 yards receiving and three touchdowns on 35 catches.
ESPN.com's Heather Dinich and Andrea Adelson write about all things ACC in the conference blog.
In addition, starting linebacker Eddie Johnson also has been suspended for a football-related issue.
Starting outside linebacker Denzel Perryman stayed home in Miami because of a sprained ankle.
Being without three starters was clearly not ideal for Miami, which lost to Virginia 41-40 on Saturday.
