Antoine Winfield has broken hand
ESPN.com news services
Minnesota Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield has a broken hand but should be able to play against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, coach Leslie Frazier said.
Winfield finished last week's 23-6 victory at Houston after suffering the injury.
Frazier, who did not say which hand Winfield hurt, said the veteran corner can play with a soft cast on the hand, the (Minneapolis) Star Tribune reported.
The Vikings will make the playoffs with a win over the Packers -- who will be playing for a first-round bye -- or if the Bears, Cowboys and Giants all lose.
Winfield has three interceptions this season.
