EUGENE, Ore. -- Oregon running back De'Anthony Thomas, who had missed the last four games with an ankle injury, returned to the field Saturday against UCLA.
Thomas has rushed for 338 yards and six touchdowns with an average of 8.0 yards per carry in three games this season entering Saturday. Byron Marshall rushed for 746 yards and nine touchdowns on 111 carries, and true freshman Thomas Tyner rushed for 360 yards and seven touchdowns in Thomas' absence.
Oregon is No. 2 in The Associated Press poll but trails Alabama and Florida State in the BCS standings. The Ducks rank second in the country in scoring offense, averaging 57.6 points per game.
