Jeter enter's tonight with 3,408 career hits, good for eighth on the all-time list and just 11 behind Carl Yastrzemski in seventh place.

In the history of the midsummer classic, only Pete Rose and Hank Aaron had more career hits at the time of their final start than Jeter will have when he sets up at shortstop in the top of the first inning at Target Field.
