Vote your top moment for 2000

In celebration of ESPN The Magazine's anniversary, we want you to help select the most significant moment for each of the Mag's 15 years. SportsNation will decide the top moment, to be revealed in the May 3 issue.

St. Louis Rams

Former grocery store bagger Kurt Warner leads the St. Louis Rams, known as "Greatest Show on Turf," to a Super Bowl win over the Tennessee Titans. The game ended with Mike Jones of the Rams tackliing Tennessee's Kevin Dyson just short of the goal line as time expired to preserve St. Louis' 23-16 lead.

Ray Lewis

Ravens star linebacker Ray Lewis is charged with murder after a pre-Super Bowl fight in Atlanta leads to the deaths of two men. Lewis plea bargains to obstruction of justice and testifies against his co-defendants.

The Lakers

Showtime comes back as the Lakers return to prominence under Phil Jackson, who wins his first championship without Michael Jordan. Shaquille O'Neal wins league, All-Star Game and Finals MVP awards.

Tiger Woods

Dubbed the "Year of the Tiger," Tiger Woods becomes the first player to earn nine PGA Tour wins since Sam Snead in 1950. He wins the British Open to become the youngest golfer to complete a career Grand Slam, and the second player to win three majors in one season.

Alex Rodriguez

Shortstop Alex Rodriguez signs the richest contract in sports -- a 10-year, $252 million deal with the Texas Rangers.
