NFL on FOX and NFL Network analyst Brian Billick says he would be comfortable taking QB Ryan Tannehill in the second round but that's not where he's going to be drafted. A lot of quarterbacks have been pulled up into the first round based on need and they haven't proven they deserved it. Plus, Billick says he loves Robert Griffin III. Both Griffin and Luck may throw more interceptions than touchdowns but they'll make a lot of progress in their first year.
