#MightyKacy: Warrior unleashed

Check out this pint-sized powerhouse. You can call her #MightyKacy.

Kacy Catanzaro, a former gymnast at Towson, jumped, scaled and swung herself through an extreme obstacle course in Dallas and became the first woman to qualify for the finals of “American Ninja Warrior.” The show aired Monday night on NBC.

At just 5-feet tall, Catanzaro went “beast mode” on the course, clearing outrageous obstacles with names more fit for a circus. Catanzaro unleashed a beautiful display of athleticism to secure her spot in the show's finals in Las Vegas.

Are you kidding me? No.

And although there were a lot of naysayers, Catanzaro refused to let gravity bring her down.

Kudos, Kacy. Can’t wait to watch you in Vegas.
