A Social Media Tour Through the CrossFit Games
Oh, you ran 10 miles this morning? Cool story, bro.
CrossFit Games champions Camille Leblanc-Bazinet and Rich Froning do that as their warm up. This weekend, after three grueling competition days filled with lifting, jumping, climbing and pulling, these two beasts were crowned “fittest on Earth.”
If you were in the gym (or not) and missed the CrossFit Games this weekend, here’s a quick recap of the action.
There was some serious rope pulling.

The Games got a little weird during the handstand portion.

Even kids got in on the action.
Entertainment reminiscent of a “Game of Thrones” episode.
Did we mention lifting?
Some even mastered the art of the power nap.
(Frankly, by the end, we felt this tired just from watching.)
