Manchester United's Jonny Evans celebrates after scoring a goal during last year's Boxing Day tilt vs. Newcastle United.

Happy Boxing Day! The holiday, celebrated in the United Kingdom and most of its current and former commonwealth nations, is held annually the day after Christmas. It began as a celebratory day for servants who had to work on Dec. 25 and has since become a major shopping event, akin to Black Friday in the United States. It’s also a significant day for sports, mainly with the Premier League featuring rivalry games. Today’s lineup includes Manchester City vs. Liverpool, Hull City vs. Manchester United and West Ham vs. Arsenal.
