Meagan MayDerick E. Hingle/US PresswireMeagan May said the 9-0 run-rule victory over Texas was one of the most fun games she's played in. A trip to McDonald's could be in order.

Howdy! First I would like to give a big WHOOP for us taking the first game against t.u. Thursday. That was one of the most fun games I have played in my career, and I know a lot of my teammates feel the same. I was so proud of how we took care of business in that game, both on the field and at the plate. Amber Garza took particularly good care of business with two home runs and a walk. She shared her secret for success with us after her first home run, and it may surprise you: She now has to eat McDonald's for breakfast and Jack in the Box for lunch every game day. No exceptions! Shoot, I'll drive and pay for it if she is going to keep hitting like that.

Another exciting moment was when Brittany Walker, or "Dubbie" as we call her, hit her second career home run. Oh, not just a home run, but a walk-off home run! She needs to keep up whatever she is doing, too, because that was awesome.

Now we move forward to our next two games against the Horns. We leave for Austin bright and early on game day, and we couldn't be more excited. Everyone knows that this may be our last time to play t.u., so we are all enjoying every minute. We always enjoy playing in Austin because it is always a good game and a great atmosphere to play in. We know how to look past all of the burnt orange and stay focused. :) Another thing that we know is that we have to let game one go and move on to the next one. As fun and awesome as that game was, Texas has a great ball club, and they are always tough to beat at home. We will have to stay as loose and confident as we were at home, but I have no doubts we can do it! So if you find yourself in central Texas Saturday around noon or Sunday at 5 p.m., head on out to McCombs Field and watch us BTHO t.u. a second time! Let's Gig 'Em Ags! WHOOP!!!
