Eat more veggies and Do more yoga are such boring New Years resolutions.

This year, elite stair climber Kristin Frey had a better idea. She kicked off her 2013 by attempting a groundbreaking 24-hour endurance event in Jacksonville, Fla., where she and three fellow climbers repeatedly scrambled up the Bank of America Towers 42 floors.
