Duke adds Lynee' Belton to 2014 class

Joanne P. McCallie and Duke have scored another top recruit for their 2014 class.

Lynee' Belton, a 6-foot-2 forward from The Bullis School (Potomac, Md.), has given a verbal commitment to the Blue Devils. Belton is the No. 20 prospect in the espnW HoopGurlz Super 60.

Belton, a three-year starter at The Bullis School, averaged 14 points, 10 rebounds and two blocked shots per game as a junior.

The Blue Devils' class is shaping up to be one of the best in the nation.

In addition to Belton, Duke also has received verbals from wing Sierra Calhoun, the No. 10 prospect in the 2014 class; post player Azura Stevens, the No. 28 prospect; and forward Erin Mathias, a three-star recruit.

Duke's 2013 class, which will debut in the fall, was ranked second in the nation by espnW HoopGurlz.
