Women do battle in Big East

Women's college basketball: Four Big East matchups highlight tonight's action. At 7 p.m., No. 2 UConn visits No. 19 West Virginia, who had its 31-game home winning streak snapped by Pitt on Saturday. ... No. 14 DePaul looks to rebound from its first conference loss when it visits Syracuse. ... No. 8 Notre Dame hosts Seton Hall at 7 p.m. ... At 9 p.m, No. 17 Georgetown hosts South Florida.

Men's college basketball: It's Super Tuesday on ESPN. At 7 p.m. ET, No. 12 Purdue hosts in-state rival Indiana. The Boilermakers are 12-0 at home this season. ... At 9 p.m., Tennessee visits No. 18 Kentucky. Head coach Bruce Pearl returns to the Volunteers' bench after serving an eight-game SEC suspension. Kentucky is 10-0 at home this season. ... Penn (my alma mater) visits Princeton in a classic rivalry game. Princeton hasn't lost yet in Ivy League play. ... In late-night action, Utah visits No. 6 San Diego State (10:30 p.m.).

NBA: Rookie sensation Blake Griffin and the Clippers visit the Magic at 7 p.m. ... The Pacers are 4-0 since firing head coach Jim O'Brien. Can they keep the streak alive at Miami, who has won six straight? (7:30 p.m.). ... The Spurs take their NBA best 42-8 record to Detroit to face the struggling Pistons at 7:30 p.m. ... Kevin Durant and the Thunder look for their sixth win in seven games when they host Memphis at 8 p.m. ... If Timberwolves forward Kevin Love notches another double-double at Houston, he will set the franchise record for consecutive double-doubles (8:30 p.m. ET).
