Sixteenth-seeded Harvard pulled off a stunning 71-67 upset win over No. 1 Stanford in the '98 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. It marked the first time in men's or women's NCAA Tournament history that a 16-seed upset a 1-seed. Harvard's star player, Allison Feaster, recorded an impressive 35 points and 13 rebounds in the game. That year, she also earned the distinction of becoming the first Ivy League player, man or woman, to lead the nation in scoring.
