No. 2 -- Chris Leben

Who can forget the two-week period in 2010 when Leben, out of nowhere, upset Aaron Simpson at the Ultimate Finale 11 and then submitted Yoshihiro Akiyama at UFC 116? It's still one of the UFC's greatest displays of lunatic heroics. And with Leben it's always the same: He takes a big punch, wobbles, looks in trouble, starts coming forward on toddler legs anyway, all the while flinging bombs until somebody goes down. That never gets old.
