PGA Show is far from dead

January, 27, 2006
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Many protagonists have bashed the PGA Merchandise Show in recent years -- and not without just cause. Some top-level companies don't even attend the annual event anymore, as it's certainly lost some luster from the heyday of the once-booming golf industry.

Of course, the result is like slicing a tee shot onto the driving range. You could spend time fretting over where the original went or you can just pick up one of the thousands of others and keep on playing.
