Tell me you knew all about Cliff Kresge before he grabbed the opening-round lead at the PODS Championship on Thursday, knew all about his back-and-forth shuttles between the PGA and Nationwide tours over the past decade.

No? OK, well at least tell me you've noticed his sublime first two months to this season. The 38-year-old New Jersey native has yet to miss a cut in six starts, finishing in the top 20 three times already. His rank of 42nd on the money list places him well above the likes of Ernie Els, Sergio Garcia, Jose Maria Olazabal and Stuart Appleby.

Still nothing? C'mon, tell me you've at least heard of the dude, know of his existence in the world and the fact that he plays golf for a living.
