To watch or not to watch? That is the question.
As of the time I write this, it has been just a few hours since Tiger Woods announced that he would be shutting it down for the season to have ACL surgery on his left knee while also recuperating from a double fracture in his tibia. Yet I've already received a few dozen e-mails from readers discussing the impact such an injury will have on their golf viewing -- and, in some cases, live spectating -- habits for the remainder of the year.
