Tiger Woods chats on video

Prior to teeing it up at Jack Nicklaus' Memorial Tournament this week, Tiger Woods got in a practice round Tuesday at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, host of this year's U.S. Open.

A scouting mission before a major is nothing new for the three-time U.S. Open champion. What was new is how he let the world know about it -- a social media video conversation held among the former world No. 1, four fans, NBC Sports' Roger Maltbie, and a moderator.
