Tiger Woods won't join Euro Tour

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- Despite a change in membership requirements that would have made it easier for him to accomplish, Tiger Woods will not be joining the European Tour in 2013.

Because the PGA Tour is going to count participation in the Ryder Cup or Presidents Cup as one of the events to fulfill the 13-tournament minimum, Woods had not ruled out the possibility -- until Tuesday.
