Cheyenne Woods, the niece of Tiger Woods, claimed her first professional win Thursday.
The 22-year-old fired a 1-under 69 over 54 holes, cruising to a 4-shot victory in a Suncoast Ladies Series event at the LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla. She had finished second at another Suncoast event last week.
Tiger took to Twitter to offer congratulations: "Congrats to my niece Cheyenne on winning her first professional event on SunCoast Ladies Series Tour! Won by 4, very proud."
Cheyenne Woods, who turned professional earlier this summer, missed the cut in her first two professional events (Wegmans and U.S. Open) before tying for 50th at the Evian Masters.
