Nearly 1,200 athletes descended on the Philadelphia Eagles' NovaCare Complex on Sunday for the Philly stop of the Nike Football SPARQ Combine tour. This was the largest turnout in the three years the combine tour has stopped in the City of Brotherly Love. Here is a look at the standout performers that make up the Philadelphia All-Combine team.

Note: Selections are based upon combine performance as well as past and projected on-field performance. Athletes must have completed two of the four combine tests to be eligible for selection. Athletes are in the Class of 2013 unless otherwise noted.
OFFENSE
QB: Jacob Simons, 6-2 1/2, 183, Barrington (R.I.)
Results: 4.54 40, 4.25 shuttle, 40' PB, 32.8 VJ, 108.33 SPARQ
Breakdown: Hard work and dedication has paid off for the athletic quarterback, who raised his rating over 50 points from a year ago.
RB: David Williams, 6-0, 183, West Catholic (Philadelphia)
Results: 4.44 40, 4.28 shuttle, 38' PB, 34.6" VJ, 111.30 SPARQ
Breakdown: Some consider Williams the top running back in the Northeast and colleges have taken notice considering the 14 offers already on the table.
RB: Tyrell Judson, 5-8, 156, Piscataway (N.J.)
Results: 4.61 40, 4.56 shuttle, 39' PB, 39.1", 93.42 SPARQ
Breakdown: Judson has a been a two-way standout for the back-to-back state champion Chiefs.
WR: Will Fuller, 6-1, 152, Roman Catholic (Philadelphia)
Results: 4.53 40, 4.26 shuttle, 32' PB, 33.9" VJ, 88.47 SPARQ
Breakdown: Fuller has been offered by Rutgers after a standout junior season in which he set the single-game receiving yardage record in the city's record books.
WR: Jaime Nixon Alark, 5-10 1/2, 162, York Suburban (York, Pa.)
Results: 4.44 40, 4.36 shuttle, 32' PB, 31.9" VJ, 89.25 SPARQ
Breakdown: Speedy receiver had over 1,000 total yards last season.
WR: David Claybrook, 6-0, 212, Piscataway (N.J.)
Results: 4.61 40, 4.31 shuttle, 39' PB, 34.8" VJ, 92.82 SPARQ
Breakdown: Receiver is a dual-sport standout also excelling on the hardwood.
OL: Austin Rosenberry, 6-1 1/2, 261, Altoona Area (Altoona, Pa.)
Results: 5.31 40, 4.78 shuttle, 37' PB, 22.5" VJ, 66.15 SPARQ
Breakdown: Over the past three years the stout lineman has seen significant improvement in each test at the Nike Combine.
OL: Jaryd Jones-Smith, 6-6, 297, West Catholic (Philadelphia)
Results: 5.70 40, 5.29 shuttle, 36' PB, 21.4" VJ, 59.85 SPARQ
Breakdown: Combination of size and athleticism makes the Class 2A All-State selection an intriguing prospect.
OL: Justin Spencer, 6-5 1/2, 267, Indiana Area (Indiana, Pa.)
Results: 5.48 40, 5.04 shuttle, 36.5' PB, 22" VJ, 59.76 SPARQ
Breakdown: Showed excellent agility and quickness for a player of his size.
OL: Deya Mhiesen, 6-7, 287, George Washington (Philadelphia)

Breakdown: Former basketball player has ideal size for an offensive tackle.
OL: James McHale ('14), 6-7, 289, Dunmore (Pa.)
Results: 5.51 40, 5.32 shuttle, 36' PB, 19.8" VJ, 58.92 SPARQ
Breakdown: Already has the size that screams Division I potential. Now he needs to show it on the field.
ATH: Payton Minnich, Central Dauphin East (Harrisburg, Pa.)
Results: 5.06 40, 4.46 shuttle, 40' PB, 28.7" VJ, 88.29 SPARQ
Breakdown: Multi-purpose back has come along way since his freshman year rating of 44.73.
DEFENSE

DL: Ebenezer Ogundeko, 6-2 1/2, 227, Thomas Jefferson (Brooklyn, N.Y.)
Results: 4.90 40, 4.64 shuttle, 38.5' PB, 26.9" VJ, 87.39 SPARQ
Breakdown: Just picked up first offer days before the combine and was second team All-Borough selection as a junior.
DL: Shakir Soto, 6-3, 229, G.A.R Memorial (Wilkes Barre, Pa.)
Results: 5.02 40, 4.46 shuttle, 40' PB, 28.7" VJ, 84.69 SPARQ
Breakdown: Had a huge junior season with 99 tackles and eight sacks, earning him second team all-state honors.
DL: Eric Wiafe, 6-5, 258, Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor, N.J.)
Results: 4.94 40, 4.71 shuttle, 32.5' PB, 29.2" VJ, 76.77 SPARQ
Breakdown: Big man had an impressive 40 time and will be looking to make the most of his senior season.
DL: Eugene German II, 6-4, 239, Martinsburg (Frederick, Md.)
Results: 5.42 40, 4.84 shuttle, 36' PB, 27.7" VJ, 65.07 SPARQ
Breakdown: Two-way standout has the size and potential to play at the next level.
DL: Diquan Gilbert, 5-11 1/2, 194, Communications Tech(Philadelphia, Pa.)
Results: 4.76 40, 4.06 shuttle, 42' PB, 30.6" VJ, 112.05 SPARQ
Breakdown: His 112.05 rating was the best on the day and showed great improvement from his 74.46 at the same combine a year ago.
LB: Joe Barrett, 6-0 1/2, 210, Malvern Prep (Malvern, Pa.)
Results: 4.88 40, 4.46 shuttle, 38' PB, 29.9" VJ, 87.24 SPARQ
Breakdown: Gets the nod for posting the day's best rating for his position.
LB: Madison Miller, 6-2 1/2, 217, Wilson Area (Easton, Pa.)
Results: 4.88 40, 4.50 shuttle, 38' PB, 27.3" VJ, 82.11 SPARQ
Breakdown: A physical player who is putting in the work to make an impact. He'll be anchoring the defense as a senior.
LB: Zack Vogelei, 6-0, 218, Middle Townhship (Cape May, N.J.)
Results: 5.05 40, 4.34 shuttle, 33' PB, 27.6" VJ, 74.40 SPARQ
Breakdown:A three-year veteran of this combine has improved each of the past three years and stood out with a solid shuttle time.
LB: Holland Fisher, 6-2, 178, Clover Hill (Midlothian, Va.)
Results: 4.82 40, 4.40 shuttle, 36' PB, 30.7" VJ, 80.46 SPARQ
Breakdown: The ESPNU Watchlist prospect is a menace on the field and has eight offers to prove it.
DB: Alex Kasirye, 5-7 1/2, 165, Lowell (Lowell, Ma.)
Results: 4.68 40, 4.56 shuttle, 39' PB, 39.1" VJ, 96.18 SPARQ
Breakdown: Kasirye made the most of his journey to Philadelphia by posting the day's best vertical and impressing with a strong power ball throw for his size.
DB: Dan Hare, 5-10, 187, Kennard-Dale (Fawn Grove, Pa.)
Results: 4.64 40, 4.40 shuttle, 39' PB, 32.5" VJ, 96.90 SPARQ
Breakdown: Hare was a Class 3A third team all-state selection and posted the fifth-best SPARQ Rating in Philly.
DB: Conner Bor, 6-0, 201, Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, N.J.)
Results: 4.92 40, 4.45 shuttle, 34' PB, 35.8" VJ, 102.51 SPARQ
Breakdown: Strength is the key to Bor's game as his impressive power ball throw proved.
DB: John Kim, 5-10, 166, Pennridge (Perkasie, Pa.)
Results: 4.50 40, 4.28 shuttle, 33' PB, 28.8" VJ, 86.67 SPARQ
Breakdown: Kim has been working hard on getting faster and proved it by cutting four-tenths of a second off his 40 since last year.
ATH: Jonathan Dunn, 5-10 1/2, 186, West Springfield (Springfield, Va.)
Results: 4.66 40, 4.56 shuttle, 33' PB, 31.4" VJ, 78.57 SPARQ
Breakdown: This All-Metro selection looks ready for a breakout senior campaign.
