While California may by repped by legends like John Elway, Marcus Allen and Tom Brady, it's far from the only state that's produced top players. This list of all-time player from each state (plus D.C.) is based more on NFL accomplishments than high school, but we did take into consideration some high school success. We also tended to list players currently starring in the NFL over those who are no longer playing.
