INSIDE THE MISSISSIPPI STATE BULLDOGS' CLASS
Vic Schaefer's five-player 2014 class features one of the most prolific scorers in the nation in Victoria Vivians, one of the top defenders in the nation in Morgan William and one of the biggest sleepers in the nation in LaKaris Salter. It also includes a pair of three-star guards out of Texas, one of whom happens to be his daughter, Blair Schaefer.
Vivians, a 5-foot-11 wing out of Scott Central (Forest, Miss.), is the No. 24 prospect in the nation. She was named the Gatorade state player of the year after averaging more than 46 points and 13 rebounds a game.
William, a 5-5 point guard, led Shades Valley (Birmingham, Ala.), to its first state after averaging 16.6 points and amassing 210 steals.
Salter, a 6-foot forward and the No. 100 prospect, has a soft touch and vast potential.
The final member of the class is Kayla Nevitt.
