ESPN Player Evaluations

Nike TOC-Dec. 11: Very athletic, college body, explosive off the bounce, great passer with excellent court vision, solid on ball defender, shot well from 15-20 feet, good handles. (Beverly)

MSNM Fall Classic-Oct. 11: It's not always fair to have a twin. People can lump the two into a single description, especially identical twins, or they can overdo the comparisons. But Gonzalez has separated herself from her sister, Dakota, as to her projected position. Dylan has emerged as a scoring guard who can facilitate some point as well. She looks to score and attack on every possession and is converting more shots from the mid-range. She 's showing more confidence shooting the ball from long range. While meeting the pass is definitely a good thing for a shooter, but her footwork needs to be cleaned up a little bit. She takes an aggressive one-two but it sometimes comes after the catch, and in that gray-area for a traveling call. If she can start that motion a fraction of a second sooner she'll maintain her rhythm and mechanics. As a highly regarded 3-star prospect, there isn't much separating her from that fourth star. (Hansen)

WCP Spring-May 11: Active, a driver off the catch. Likes to attack going right. Good athlete, will defend on the other end. Has a twin sister, Dakota. (Clay)

Continues to be a solid defender and shows athletic potential but scoring the ball continues to lag behind other facets of her game. (Hansen)

Summer Showcase-July 10: Fantastic young athlete with a ton of upside. Her length and quickness make her a potentially elite defender. She is good in transition but at this point her defense lead the way. She is one to keep an eye on. (Hansen)
