Summer 08 II: The question is asked all the time: Where are the shooters? The people asking that question have obviously not heard of Jaime Printy. The 5-11 combo guard from Marion, Iowa, continued the acclaimed shooting exploits she started in Oregon City here in suburban Chicago. The Linn-Mar High School gunner is one of the best shooters in the class. In addition she is a dependable point guard. She doesn't have blinding quickness but her size along with basketball I.Q. serves her well. She is also deceptively quick as she showed she can get to the cup, usually with a nice hesitation move. In one such case she shocked all the spectators with a nice right-handed hesitation capped off with a floater just over the post defender's reach. Iowa is getting one of the sleepers in this class.

Summer 08 I: Big time shooter with long distance range and a quick trigger. There is more to her game than shooting the ball though. She is recovering from a major knee injury and is starting to get her mobility and quickness back. Once she gets fully confident in that knee she may be able to swing over and play some point guard in college. She has good passing skills, sees the floor, understands spacing. She does an adequate job coming off of screens though she could use a little work on forcing the defender into the screens and setting her man up more consistently. Her ball handling is good with room for improvement. She changes speeds well but isn't a super speedster. See makes up for it against more athletic players with smarts.
