    Taylor Johnson gives Horizon program a second 2012 commit
    Taylor Johnson, the 5-foot-7 point guard from Frankfort, Ill., has verbally committed to Loyola (Chicago, Ill.), according to her father, Ansel Johnson. She also considered Wright State, UAB, Rhode Island, Cleveland State, and Eastern Kentucky.

    "Taylor was really impressed by Loyola's academics, facilities, players, and coaching staff," her father said, "plus the added advantage of being closer to home so her parents can attend her games."
